Making hot sauce is not supposed to be chemistry. With that being said, hot sauce shouldn't have anything that is not natural. So why settle for a sauce with all the binders and ingredients that we cannot even pronounce? Our recipes were not easy to fulfill however, we took time and passion to get it right so that we never have to use any ingredients that are not natural or organic.
