Shipping Policy

Please check all addresses carefully. CHAKALAKA only ships to addresses that we are provided with. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our facility. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. CHAKALAKA only currently ships to the United States.

ORDERS ARE ONLY PROCESSED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

CHAKALAKA is not responsible for weather delays or other carrier issues. The estimated transit times calculated during checkout are only estimates and are in no way guaranteed.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard ground shipments are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery area. Shipments are only processed Monday through Friday, except holidays listed below. Orders placed after noon EST Friday will begin processing the following Monday.


PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority mail shipments are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit time is typically an additional 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery area. Shipments are only processed Monday through Friday, except holidays listed below. Orders placed after noon EST Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

All items are shipped from our facility in West Palm Beach, FL. We strive to ship orders promptly. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, increased demand, or other circumstances.

APO, FPO, & DPO ADDRESSES:

We do offer shipping to military addresses. Please note that APO, FPO, & DPO addresses have to be formatted slightly differently at checkout to ensure there aren't any issues with delivering to your address.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

CHAKALAKA will not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing CHAKALAKA. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure a smooth returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:

1. Time Frame:
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged.

3. Initiate a Return/Exchange:
If you need to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us via:

4. Refund Eligibility:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

5. Damaged Goods:
If your product arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of the damaged goods, and we will promptly replace the damaged item(s).

6. Documentation Requirement:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@shopchakalaka.com
